- Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, is acting in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.
For businesses, these GTC also apply to future business relationships without the need for us to refer to them again. Any conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions used by the business are hereby rejected; they will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
- Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Kaffeewelt GmbH.
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit it.
Kaffeewelt GmbH reserves the right to refuse an order without giving reasons or to deliver goods only against prepayment or payment via Saferpay.
Errors, misprints, technical changes, unavailability, or price changes are expressly reserved. Decorative items shown are not included in the product offer unless explicitly listed and mentioned.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT and, for electronic devices, including the advance recycling fee (vRG).
When the contract with us is concluded depends on your chosen payment method:
Invoice
We accept your order by sending an order confirmation in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.
Prepayment
We accept your order by sending an order confirmation in a separate email within two days, in which we will provide you with our bank details.
Credit Card
By placing your order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card details to us. After verifying your identity as the legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.
Cash on Collection
We accept your order by sending an order confirmation in a separate email within two days.
- Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
- Delivery Terms
Generally, all items are ready for dispatch from our warehouses in Cham or St. Gallen (Switzerland) within two to three business days. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein
Shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are CHF 10.00. The shipping partner is selected by Kaffeewelt GmbH. For backorders, shipping costs are borne by Kaffeewelt. We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 100.00.
Germany and Austria
For deliveries to Germany and Austria, we require prepayment or payment via Saferpay. Goods are invoiced without Swiss VAT. Kaffeewelt GmbH charges the actual shipping costs and customs clearance fees. The statutory taxes and customs duties in the recipient country are generally billed directly to the customer by the respective customs authority. Businesses are required to provide an EORI number.
